What does my course cost include?
Course costs include the cost of the training, any resources and worksheets, use of equipment, and on completion your course certificate.
What level of training do your instructors have?
All our instructors are registerst healthcare professoinals who also currently work frontline, meaning they hold registration with either the General Medical Council (GMC), Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), or Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). All of our instructors also hold at least a Level 3 Education and Training Qualification and undergo Internal Quality Assurance once every 12 months.
Do your instructors hold a valid Discolsure and Barring (DBS) Certificate?
Yes. All our instructors are required to undergo enhanced DBS checks.
I'm concerned about losing employees to training for up to 3 full days.
All of our courses can be delivered in a flexible manner, and can be delivered as a longer session or divided into multiple smaller sessions. Get in touch to find out how we can adapt them to suit you.
Are your courses accredited and regulated?
Yes. Each course is accredited by an awarding organisation and are regulated by Ofqual.
Are your courses COVID-19 safe?
All our courses are run in compliance with current regulations to protect trainers and learners from COVID-19. As part of our free workplace visit we will asses the suitability for training to take place within a Covid-Safe environment.
I'm not sure if my workplace is suitable to undertake training?
Prior to finalising any bookings we offer a free visist to asses your workplace and ensure adequacy to undertake training. If your workplace is unsuitable for any reason, we can utilise local venues to undertake training.
Do you offer other courses that aren't listed on your website?
Yes. The courses listed on our Courses page are the most commonly sought. However if you require something more specialised, get in touch to see how we can help.
